I know this sounds like a bad idea, but it seems like a good idea to me. Lots of players want some super moderators to be promoted to admin, Noobcrew does not trust any more admins, but he hardly trusts CypriotMerkz. In that case, there will probably not be another admin, since of trust issues on the staff team. That's why I thought of a head moderator. A head moderator will not be opped, but will be able to use a few more commands. This is someone that is really trustworthy, and Cypriot and Noobcrew have to trust with this position. I do not know any of the commands I would like to see for head moderator, but I believe there should be one.

Our admins are trying their best to keep this server updated and alive, but can hardly get on since they are very busy people. If we had a head moderator, that can be a slightly different view from players. Having one would be healthy for the server, I believe some of other Noobcrew servers has head moderator, why shouldn't we have one.

This will be a hard decision since you can't trust everyone. If you have any questions, or would like to give a rating you can support your rating with some reasons why.

 

Like 1 Senior Mod on MV?

 

I am not sure if they are the same thing, I mean 1 moderator that controls all the moderators. Like a leader of the moderators, that sounds a little weird towards me, but it's kind of hard to explain in my words.

 

Senior Moderator is basically our Super Moderators.

it would be quite cool, or maybe promote Sean to administrator as he is our forums admin, that proves he is trustworthy.

It would be so much easier just to promote someone to admin. The server is dying anyways, if these trust issues come into play then so be it.

 

Really bad written suggestion. You don't even say what commands they could use. If you explain it in more detail this would be more considered.
