I notice that if I vote when I'm off-line, then if I go onto skyblock, it only gives me the crate keys, but no grass blocks. Is this a bug or not?

 

I believe I've heard before that it's an issue with the /give command.

If you vote while not in game, the command is more likely to glitch and not give you the items. So you should always be in game when you vote to be sure that you get your rewards (especially in case you get a lucky vote).
