You were not banned for scamming. I don't know which scamming case you're referring to but either way if you were scammed you should make a report on the forum or tell a mod in game. Being scammed is not an excuse to scam someone else. Now back to why you were banned. I banned you for looting a diamond from another player's island about a week ago. This is not the first time you were banned for looting, and in addition you were banned for griefing before. The last time you were banned for looting by ImDaWinner, you promised him that you learned your lesson and would never do it again. As of now I don't see a reason why I should believe you.

I find it hard to believe that you would forget stealing a diamond from someone else, especially after being banned for stealing two months earlier. At that time you swore on your baby sister's grave that it wouldn't happen again. You sounded sincere enough at that time for Winner to give you another chance. You wasted that chance.
