I'd like to fully imply that it's not the the server that is "no longer friendly" because the server is simply that. . . a server. It's the community. Yes, communities are built up of people, and not everyone is the same. It's quite unfortunate and sad to see that players have ran you out of the community. I hope to one day see you back online.
