Yep. Looks like that. At least now the empty ones show up last in the list, but some still show up...
They used to show up last because those with the most transactions left used to be first. Now the empty shops are mostly last but not always.
I don’t think it’s ever been listed, cheapest first and that’s what everyone looks for. Issue with that is not everyone trades for grass.
It was explained to me like this; shops are now listed like before where the shop with the most recent transaction is at the top of the list. Shops are automatically removed from the list once they run out of transactions. Shops without transactions might still be listed if they haven’t been loaded in (aka no one visited them) since the new shops update. Once you go to an empty shop it will update and remove it from the list going forward. Hope this helps (It should still be accurate, unless more changes have been made that I'm unaware of)
Cheers Bree. I've tried visiting empty shops and interacting as much as is possible. Left click, right click, swift kick!. Also loading and unloading chunks a couple times. They still show up in /shops find ...
