First time demotion and resignation: it was simply a personal relationship issue and has been resolved.
Second: I went through my faze of not feeling good enough. That's that. I've fixed it completely.
Third: I had no time because I didn't know how to balance my real life and mine craft life. I now know that skill very well.

Let's start this out simple, shall we? No, I'm not the best player. I'm not someone really remember-able or extraordinary, but I believe that I've offered a lot to the staff team in terms of guidance. I've learned a lot from my first promotion on the twenty second of December. It's been five months as of yesterday and I've been demoted, resigned and a bunch of other things. But, for some reason, I've always found my way back to my beautiful and handsome babies on my favorite way to spend my time.

Why do I believe I deserve a second chance? Or a third or a fourth. Well, to be completely honest, I don't expect a lot of support. I don't. I've messed up a lot in my time but I've always found my passion in helping others. I want to be a therapist and I'm studying psychology. I adore helping, I adore learning and I adore being around people. I'm truly an extrovert with a lot of care and passion in my heart. I hope you can find it in your own to see that I will not make the same mistakes once more.

Lastly, yes this will be similar to my other application because well, I am the same person afterall.

What languages do you speak?: English is my first language and Spanish is currently the language I am studying. I plan to study a lot more languages in the future as I plan to travel as a psychologist when I am older.


Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?): Well, not gonna lie and tell you I'm a saint over here. I was banned once over a year ago and it was by Moon, I believe. I had come onto the server without thinking that it would become such a huge part of my life and island farmed. The materials were taken, my life was changed from then on out. I got unbanned and met Rex at first, noticing my name in chat and picking on me. We laughed, I met Beyond, Charisma, and many more very close friends to my dear little heart. They say let's forgive and forget, hey? Haha.

Why do you think you should be a mod?:
Oh Lordy, Lord. Time for the good stuff. There will be a lot of my old traits re-explained, but also a few new ones I've discovered about myself.


A good leader: I've never believed in my ability to be a strong leader, but I've been told for the entire duration of my moderator life that I've been a strong influence, a wonderful leader and someone people look up to. I figured I might as well add it in since I've been told it. I believe in helping everyone and everything, regardless of the issue. It could be about yourself, loving an individual all the way to hatred. I don't mind helping with the information I have gathered.


Can empathize and sympathize: I'm willing to empathize and feeling care for the other person. I can put myself in their shoes. Also, I am willing to sympathize. I give a lot of sentiment to everything I get and each memory I have, though I am willing to take fact over these qualities in myself.


Respected: I'm listened to, smiled at and given a lot of love for who I am and what I do.


Kind: I like to believe I am a very nice individual.


Warm heart: I have a lot of love to give and I have a lot of compassion to give. I am willing to love each person that comes across, even if I am not giving love in return.


Open minded: I am basically open to anything and everything. Opinions and all. I take everything into account and let it change me as much as anyone else would allow, though I'm usually much more open minded due to my Buddhist tendencies.


Independent: I am probably the most independent person you can meet. I make my own decisions with the influences of others, I make myself known and I make myself on my own.


Patient: I don't get impatient often. I use to have very bad anger issues but they've resolved themselves. I can handle each person with a lot of patience and friendliness.


Easily makes friends: As stated below, I'm very friendly and I believe I make friends easily.


Friendly: I like to make friends and I'm a very friendly individual with a lot to offer each person I come across. Each friend is made for a reason, right?


Honest: I do not lie. Simple as that. I tell the truth whenever I can.


Silly: I don't believe that moderation should be all about being professional all the time. Sure, you need to be professional sometimes, but why not have a little fun with it?


Quiet but forceful: I am a soft spoken person but I know very well how to get a point across, attention to myself and how to make a situation correct.


Making my own decisions: I don't rely on other people to make my decisions. do tem myself with the influences of other people's opinions.


Helpful: I give as much information as I possibly can, also making myself someone who could be seen as helpful. I go as detailed as possible along with as much of a good and optimist attitude that I could possibly present.


Compassionate: I am so in love with this server. There's really no other way to put it than I am in love with every child, teenager and adult. This entire server makes me so happy and gives me a drive to solve as much as I can in the time I have.


Unbiased: I am in absolutely no way biased. I punish everyone in the same way I would punish a stranger, friend or lover. I look at both sides of the situation before I come to a conclusion and then I put myself in the position of both perspectives, figuring out a punishment and or resolution with that information I've been presented.


Understanding: I try to put myself in the position of everyone that comes to me with a problem or a good mood. I don't rely my emotions on other people, but I will become happy if another person is happy. Seeing someone in a good mood immediately brightens up my day.


Opinionated: I have strong opinions but like I'll state down below, I'm still willing to change. I'm just not willing to change my core beliefs about myself and the world. I stick to those things and I make them drive me with motivation towards a higher power.


Loving: Anyone in the world that knows me could tell you I'm a loving person. The most simple way to put it is that I love every single one of my babies that join the server. I couldn't ask for a better community, a better staff team or a better life than when I'm moderating at home.


Respectful: I try to be as respectful as possible to everyone I come across. Whether it's a hello back or laughter at a joke, I try very hard to become the person that no one sees as disrespectful. I believe in higher authority and listening to those who ask.


Willing to change: I am a willing to change type of individual. I want to improve myself all the time and become a strong role model of beautiful qualities. I'm willing to take criticism and learn from it.


Will not back down: This kind of correlates with the trait above. I will not back down from my opinions unless proven wrong or we come to a, "let's agree to disagree," sort of situation. I usually come to a compromise of simply disagreeing or I walk away if I become heated. I do not believe in fighting my opinion because everyone is entitled to their own and I don't try to change anyone else's beliefs.


Hard worker: I am an extremely hard worker. I believe in doing everything whole heartily and with as much effort as possible. That's all I really have to say there, as I believe it's been proven by my actions.


Mature: Though I am only fourteen, I believe I show a lot of characteristics that belong in an older individual. When I was younger, I was forced to grow up by a lot of different events that happened in my life time. I do not believe that I want sympathy for this because it had matured me in a way that I've always wanted to be. This makes me someone that has the abilities to be eligible for the position.


How long can you be active on the server every day?:
I can be active anywhere from two to four hours on a weekday and three to eight on a weekend. Especially during the summer, this is where I spend my time. I spend countless hours, waking up here and going to bed here, just talking and enjoying my time. I believe that moderation isn't all about professionalism, it's about having fun and letting loose but being able to stay stern when the occasion presents itself.


Do you have any past experience as a moderator?:
Five months on here, baby cakes. It was a tremendous experience and I learned a lot about myself and other people. I am so proud of myself for being someone that was involved in the staff team here.

Now, I won't lie and say I don't have any cons. I do get angry and upset sometimes, I have a warm heart and that causes me to get upset once in a while. Though, usually I let it roll off my back and not hurt me, I can get upset which is why I'll log off and come back later unless it's an immediate problem. Then I will push my emotions aside. There are more cons, but I think that's the most important.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes/No
