5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I joined my coop and found horusa on, he had made a temple full of illegal items and i aked frozen_ninja are they illegal , he said yes so i contacted moopuff he eventually girefed me for talking to a mod with lava and the other island was griefed with lava too, he hid so I contacted a mod moopuff cleaned it up and i showed her the items. She saw that i took some diamond ore for i mined it and made a diamond axe before any of the griefing happened I think she banned me for using diamond ore to make a pickaxe . I didnt realize that this was illegal so thats why i contacted her. I told her it was horusa who hacked and brought all these things into the game; personally I thought she was a mod at first but she was just a non-donor like me. I thought she was a mod at first i though it was alright...
6. Was this an incorrect ban? Yes i didnt know it was illegal what i did but it wasnt me for bring all the spawn eggs, ores blocks, food, tools and everything else into the game
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? No don't think so.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I love the server I was clearly a victim of the griefing ; its unfair on me

Rule 9: Do not own illegal-to-own items
Offence Level: High
This server has a lot of items you can not trade, but there is not a lot for the owning. Here is the list:

1. Ores [Coal ore, Iron ore, Gold ore, Emerald ore, Diamond ore, Redstone ore, Lapis Lazuli ore, Nether Quartz ore] (No way to obtain them) [Legal on .org!]
2. Overmax Enchant Items [Any enchant over the maximum vanilla enchant is an illegal item, example, GoD books, a bow with Punch over 2, a sword with Looting over 3)
3. Duped/Gltich Items [Any items from a duplication method/glitch in a plugin (echo pets) are illegal and will be confiscated]
4. Staff Heads [Excluding Cyp, Crew and for .net only, JeffCiv]


You owned almost all the ores as well as stacks of notch apples. How do I know that you didn't spawn them in?

 

Horusa spawned them in i join the game and the were all there

The logs show that Horusa put in the ores but you still used them. Which is also not allowed. It's the exact reason why we don't allow these ores in game, they are too op. Give me a good reason, 4-5 lines, why I should unban you.

I have not read the in depth rules ( i didnt know they exsisted).So i thought at first they were ok to use. Like I said then i asked frozen about them, thats when i contacted you about it . I thought you could transfer them so I transferred 2 thinking it would be ok because then they would be just diamond. I was wrong , I didn't realise that they were to op but in my opninion I think it was good that i told the mods about the issue but , I was stupid not to ask before i did . Well at least I know.
