If you fly whilst in freecam, you won't be banned, I used it all the time for making screenshots from far away.

 

Your Correct, When I Wasnt A Donor, I Flew With freecam All The Time, Just A Dumb Thing About Freecam You Can Only See A Certain Amount Of Chunks Around You
