I feel like people are starting to do it just for more posts. "Support" should be allowed once, once said, you cannot say "Re-Support" Some moderators and most players will get it. If you're someone who does this and say no support, state a reason or stay off the thread. Thanks.
I agree, things like suggestions and applications are the perfect place for people to post farm sometimes. In some cases, people post 4-6 times on one.
I've had a moderator tell me to not do it, even though moderators constantly post no support on apps lots of times.
Re-support Just kidding, support. It's worse when someone re- no supports like, if you hate the thread so much then lEt iT DIe doNT BUMP it! They just want to give threads a bad look. AND THEN WHEN YOU REPORT THEM FOR POST FARM AS THEY'VE POSTED OVER TWICE IT GET'S DENIED LIKE WHAT?//???
While I am guilty of doing this in the past, I fully support this. Re-supporting is just a way to get more posts.
I don't see where this suggestion will go? Are you tying to ban re supporting? Usually people resupport to bump the thread (or post farm lmao). But when it's re no support that is post farming.

I agree that saying re-support is pretty much a common post farming strategy. And I did write something on mod application etiquette which could be changed to suit suggestions, however, I stated that people should be editing their first post to include new information rather than posting multiple times. This helps keep the application neat but avoids post farming too. It is easy for mods to deal with this kind of thing.
This is a website suggestion, could a moderator move it there? SakuraWolf Krissy Re-support is a way of saying "I still want this, and it hasn't happened yet", for both moderator applications and suggestions. I would find it odd if this became illegal as if there was a good suggestion that everyone supported but slowly died as it wasn't accepted, if no one could re-support it, it would probably be left to die. I don't really care about this whole "post-farming" thing: it's just a count, and although people do post some real useless crap on these forums, I don't care if someone gets a higher post count than me and doesn't deserve it. I know they don't deserve it and that's good enough for me. (besides, you can see how much they've actually said by their ratings) So, no support. Re-supporting is fine if people want to do it.
