On .Org, there are sometimes players who lose one or both of their ice blocks / water sources but don't want to restart their island to get water again.

My solution to that is to have something similar to SignShop. In my idea, when a player has lost their water/ice, they can still go to one of these signs, with an empty Bucket in their inventory, and have it filled.

This sign (using minecraft magic or some sort of plugin) will, when a player right clicks it, check said players inventory for an empty bucket. If their is an empty bucket, then the player will have a /bal reduction of like $1 and have their bucket filled with water.

If anyone has any questions about my idea or doesn't understand any part of my suggestion, please ask, and I'll try to explain more. Also, feel free to comment any ideas to improve this and criticisms against this.

Support the only way to get water is finding a unprotected island with a watergen..which is not safe..with griefers and all that..Also not being able to get water is encouraging ice trade..

I always see people going like, "I need ice or a water bucket." If ice was still legal, I would be happy to give them some, but it's illegal now, and there's no other way to get water besides the way Grace said, but the people usually lose their bucket too :/

I support this. When players lose their bucket of lava, there's iron and obsidian. However, when they lose ice (not everyone knows about infinite water sources right off the bat, or sometimes forget), all most players can say is "You have to restart." It's the only starter item besides sand that can't be easily replaced if lost. >.> And if you don't have water, it makes growing crops so much harder and just makes everything difficult.

Instead of checking their invent, just make them hold the empty bucket in their hand when they click. Like how the repair sign is supposed to work. >.>

Also, I assume this sign would be at adminshop?

I like your comparing of it to a repair sign. Also, to answer your question, I would think that something like this would be at the adminshop.
