Hi Kincho, thank you for appeal! As I mentioned in dms, I will give you some additional information about your ban here. You were banned for receiving stolen goods/assisting with scamming as you took and used grass that was the result of another player scamming 4 users. Can you tell me who "roseunicorn000" is, and why you took grass from a chest on their island? Did you have permission to do so? Since you took the grass and put it in a chest at your own island, you therefore received the stolen goods and were an accessory to the theft since you made use of what was stolen. roseunicorn000 is a friend from a long time ago. she is no longer active. i went to her island since i have a shop there which is an upside down statue of my character. since i had a hack with x ray on i noticed there was a hopper and a chest under a carpet which i thought was strange so i of course checked it and saw some grass. i did not put it in my island. last i remember i had 4 stacks of grass in my island and that was due to me selling my leprechaun head. you can see this since i mailed shoppyland to restock his chest for leprechaun. i did not take grass back to my island i only visited my long time friend roseunicorn to see if there is any grass in my shop or if any spare wool. all i did was open the chest since i was curious why it was hidden. Hope you can further investigate!
Hi Kincho, unfortunately your recounting of events does not correspond with the story that our logging system tells. Our logs show that you placed the chest and hopper on Feb 17th. You placed it so it was hidden under a long stretch of carpet and the other player who scammed the 4 users knew where it was and deposited the grass there. Following the other user dropping the grass, you came by the hopper/chest and took some grass from it. You did not simply "open the chest" to look inside like you said. Our logs are server logs, so they are not inaccurate. Would you like to revise your story? - Bree
Hi! Novembree, Thank you for your time and effort with dealing in my case! . i placed the hopper and chest because someone had promised me a grass reward if i made a chest they could store items in through discord by the name of "painsaga". i found this request strange and questioned them on discord but had not heard of scams such as this before so i did not believe this could have risked me getting in trouble. i would also like to mention i do not recall taking or spending any of the grass i may have taken it out and put it back in since i put it in my inventory i would be happy if you could tell me which shops i spent in or what i bought since i genuinely do not remember . Responding to your pint about checking the chest after the other user deposited grass i would like to mention that this user had asked me to check it and send a screenshot of what was in the chest. i was not aware that this user was going to gain this grass in a malicious way or that i could face punishment for their actions. i will take this into account and i have been at the very least informed about this type of scam. the reason i did not mention the discord user in the last post is because i am not sure if he is innocent or not and would not want to get him involved since i do not know what he did or why exactly he wanted to deposit it in the hopper he asked me to make. i can only tell you what i know and i do not know what he did exactly. after i got banned i attempted to ask painsaga about it but he insisted he had done nothing and that it wasn't him. after i had written my response i have sent to him and he still insists it wasn't him and it must have been another player but i do not know weather or not to trust him. if he is innocent i do not want to seem like i am putting the blame on him and get him in trouble as i said i do not know what he did or why he asked me. i did not know about this scam where people are tricked to collect illegal money and i will certainly not get scammed by this again. i do however feel that i am not at blame since i at the time did not have knowledge of what he was going to do. i hope you can take this into consideration and perhaps take action to help prevent scams and situations similar to what happened to me. thank you if you are able to take possible actions to stopping this kind of scam. Hi Kincho, I appreciate your patience. I unfortunately wasn't available today so just got back to my computer now. No problem at all. Did you know painsaga before they messaged you on discord? How did they find your discord account? For them to have requested you to put the hopper and chest on roseunicorn000's island, they would've had to have known you were trusted there. How did they know about that? What were painsaga's instructions for what to do with the grass once it was in the chest? Painsaga to my knowledge is not trusted on the island so they would not be able to take the grass as they pleased. Do not trust him. What he did was against the rules and he is most certainly lying to you, provided what you're saying is accurate and factual. I still have quite a few unanswered questions about this situation as I find it difficult to believe that you would place the hopper and chest on a random island for a random person on discord that you just met. I suppose I wonder why you thought it wasn't an unreasonable request and readily agreed to it? I would love to see your whole conversation with painsaga on discord. If you could, please attach unedited screenshots of your conversation in your next reply. (You can drag and drop the photos right into your message). Thanks for your reply i was busy yesterday so i will jsut go through and answer all your questions: 1. Painsaga found my discord after i mentioned that i also play skyblock.com server in a hypixel skyblock fan server. 2. We did not know each other before he contacted me on discord. 3. as you will see in the discord screenshots after they are sent, he did not know that i was trusted on roseunicorn000's server but asked me if i was trusted on any island other than mine that the owner would not mind. 4. i did think that it was strange and unusual but did not believe that he was going to scam since i had not heard of people falling for other peoples scams in this way to have happened on the server before this. And i did not see what harm it could do to me by doing him tis favor and earning some grass in return.

I understand, I appreciate you sending the screenshots as they clear up a lot of the questions I had. I hope you can now understand why this type of out of the blue request could be potentially harmful/malicious, I hope that you are a bit more careful about who you lend favours to from now on. I understand this wasn't your fault, however in the future if anything seems too good to be true, feel free to message a member of staff to get a second opinion on it. I would hate to see you backed into a corner again by someone with ill intent. This all said, as you have been able to prove your innocence I have gone ahead and unbanned you from our server.
