Today I reported ScumbagSteveFTW of being dishonorable (scamming and griefing) He claims he is innocent and I may have been wrong. I would not want to jeopardize his chances at being a mod. Sorry if I was wrong at the time I was freaking out. T1sha
Mods usually check up on things. If a possible accusation is floating around and they are investigating, they will check logs on blocks, etc to make sure they are punishing the correct person. And, having seen your other thread and seeing that the_dirty_ninja is involved, everything will be sorted as it should. Don't worry about it one bit. A little piece of advice, however: every. single. person. will always deny having done something wrong if they think that denying it will bring them some sort of benefit. Don't always be willing to back off as soon as someone claims innocence, ESPECIALLY when you have reasonable suspicions to the contrary.

Mods generally don't make accusations or ban without proof. But if you feel you've made a false accusation it's really good of you to own up to it. Another piece of information : mod applications aren't solely based on if a person has been banned before
