The island is currently a piece of bedrock (nobody here wants to get banned for illegally trading dirt and sand), but I can place some chests if you need to move items from your current island (you will lose your current island if you buy this one; I suggest purchasing this island on an alternate account).

Note: Water will only freeze above level 96/97. If you build your island above Y=97 (bedrock is well above), you must cover the water or place a light source nearby to prevent water from freezing. If you are unsure if the Y level is suitable for an ice farm, have a donator /pweather storm and check if it's snowing or raining.
