Hello everyone, I've recently came across this amazing community to play skyblock. Since a moderator resigned yesterday I figured 'Hey, let's apply for moderator!'. Now of course I'm not yet a known member of the community but hey, who doesn't fire, will always miss. So here's the default template filled in! The Netherlands What languages do you speak? Dutch & English Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) I've never been banned, besides a few times on Call of Duty servers where the admin thought I was cheating. Why do you think you should be a mod? I believe that new players will more likely 'trust' a player who is a moderator. Therefore it would make it easier for me to help new players. (Sometimes right now I experience that players are not trusting me for some reason.) Also I'm against cheating or breaking rules in any form. (Yes sometimes I like to 'break a small rule' to tease someone, but this never turned (and never will) turn into a negative result.) What qualifications do you have? Communication - My communication skills are above average. I can communicate in both formal and informal context, depending on the person I am talking to. Knowledge - General human knowledge, IT technical knowledge and mathematical knowledge and of course Minecraft knowledge. All together are amazing on an economic skyblock environment. (perhaps besides IT ) Friendly - I'm generally friendly to everyone, even when someone's not that friendly I'm still responding neutral to him/her. So if someone is swearing at me, I tend to ignore the swearing and tell the person that their behavior is not correct. Dedication - Once I'm into something, I'm focused on it. When I got a certain goal, I want to complete it as soon as possible, but also as good as possible How long can you be active on the server everyday? Right now I'm online for 2-8 hours a day, depending on 'my mood to play minecraft'. Also I like to socialize so I'm on minechat sometimes. How long have you been playing skyblock.org? I think I've been a member for 2 weeks now (?) not entirely sure. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I've been server admin on several known call of duty servers in cod 2 and 4. Also became moderator on a fan-based community for the game Empire Earth. In total I believe 5 years experience of a moderator. Hello there, although this is a very excellent application I have a few suggestions for you. Your ban/mod experiences are exclusive to Skyblock and Minecraft alone, (respectively.) Your qualifications section needs elaboration, things that make you a valid candidate for moderator, what skills you can bring to the staff team, etc. I also recommend you wait a while before applying because two weeks is a very short time. Some players wait months and even years before applying. Can't say support or not for now, due to a general lack of information, but good luck!

wow I love this Anyways, you could use a lot more experience both in game and the forums. Familiarize yourself with the community in general as well . Goodluck, nice application for a new member by the way.
