May I ask someone to explain or give a link to corresponding document, explaining /god and /enchant commands details?

In short, what does god mode allow (on Skyblock.org, if that's important) and how to use /enchant

/god will prevent you from taking any damage like from mobs or falling into the void, you can never die.
/enchant will enchant what ever your holding and it will give it the enchantment you want so say if I wanted a diamond pic enchanted with efficiency 5 I would hold the pic in my hand and type /enchant efficiency 5, you can also type /enchant all and it enchants it with every enchant in minecraft to the max level.

Thanks. Well, this is really useful feature, then, especially for initial building.

 

There is no cool down for .org. You can simply do /enchant all to get every single enchantment in the game for any item.
