Currently, we can't change spawners to glow squids, since most other mobs like it are available as a rank perk I think it would be nice to have access to them in the same manner, so we can do farms, I don't think this mob should have a rare spawn egg since glow ink is easily farmed, only cosmetic and not used in bulk.
