I recently got banned from this server.For stealing, I wasn't even on the server yesterday because I was at my dads.My brother who likes to troll.Was, so I was wondering if i could maybe unbanned and if I break any rules I get permanently banned?please reply quick

Well I was banned probably for stealing because that was the message and I think i should be unbanned because i wasn't even playing it was my little brother who likes to troll.

No the message was not signed by a name It says: Banned:Stealing

You may have the wrong site. As far as I know, we do not, or are in no way in contact with sb.skypvp.org.
