What do I want to be added
I want you to be able to trade with villagers on eco.
    Why
I know at the current state this would break the economy but if you make emeralds less valuable that should make the economy stable. This would allow you to get food easier. It would also make wheat and mellon farms worthwhile to build would also help new players get started.

Economy is a playerbased server, you can buy from /shop or cheaper from other players. Adding villager trading wouldn't make much sense in that set-up.
Wheat all farms are already worth to make as you can /sell hand /sell all to the server shop to make some quick money without having to rely on other players.

I see what your selling but there is pride from setting up a villager trading hall and a breeder. The main thing i want is trading wheat for emeralds. Because its hard to get blocks that can be used to make a beacon.

I understand I love doing that on singleplayer too, but that is part of the fun of the server. Making farms, selling stuff and eventually you can buy the things you need to get. But just in a slightly different way.
You could kinda see other players as villagers in that way really, just a little different.

It sounds like your main reason to enable villager trading is to get emeralds. I wonder if you have really looked into this feature from every perspective.

No support like Adrian said it can be easily abused in order to get rich quick and would break the economy, if you like setting up huge hallways of them you can still do it you just won’t be able to trade with them

The problem with suggestions like these is that players, like yourself, are only suggesting things that would benefit them and make gaining items a lot simpler. The fun thing about survival is you get to work towards a goal; working towards a goal is much more fun than being given shortcuts, in your case, villager trading so you can get emeralds faster.

In normal minecraft you are not surviving on a floating island in the middle of nowhere. In normal minecraft you have the ability to search for and mine emeralds. This isn't normal minecraft.

In skyblock, items that would normally be not-so-hard to obtain are a lot rarer and harder to get; emeralds are a part of this category.
