Hi, about 2-4 years ago I donated $25 dollars to this server under the username zxroachxz, I had played the server actively for about a year and havn't played since, Under a new user now MG2 i was wandering is there a way to restore my rank?

 

The server does not support name changes, as you may or may not know, so to get the $25 Donor onto the new user you would have to donate again. I'm pretty sure there's no possible way of getting a rank onto a new user without re-donating, but I could always be wrong. Contact a mod for further assistance.

 

As Josh said, at the time, the server did not support name changes. If you are still missing your rank and would like to get it back, send an email to [email protected] with your old IGN, current IGN, and some sort of proof of you owning the rank like the Transaction ID from the purchase or a screenshot with the rank ingame.
