Most likely will be around that price. You can either /pay them or pay them through items and how much they are worth.
Eg 2 spawners = 140k (If I'm correct, it should be.)

 

The more you pay, the easier it will be to find someone to upgrade, as they can get extra.
Depends if you think its worth it or not
