    I've bought the 25$ donation pack and i've read the description that it could take up to 10-15 minutes before receiving in-game items, but i've have now been waiting for a few hours but still didn't get any thing.
    any on having a idea how long this could take?

    I would recommend waiting 24-48 hours, and if its not working then contact Cyp.
