Hello, I donated to the server way back in November, 2012. I had a great time and all these years later I want to come back bigger than ever. When I logged back in for the first time I had 4 spawners in my inventory (I donated once to get my rank and again for extra spawners), but no rank or access to commands. Probable reason is that my name changed from KryPtoN_KrispEE to Tettraplex. Included is a paypal receit and I can show the mob spawners as further proof if necessary.

 

Well it looks like you have your evidence in order now you just need to snag cyps attention.

 

Moving to donor and donation issues~

 

Have you got proof of you owning the Donor rank?

 

Mind answering these questions so it's easier for Cyp to know what needs to be done?

What item/donor package:
Transaction ID/Picture of the receipt. (You don't have to do this since you already did cx)

 

I am almost positive that if you change your name back to KryPtoN_KrispEE, than you will get your rank back. After waiting another 30 days, you can them change your name back to Tettraplex or whatever you like, and you should keep your rank. People have tried this method and it's worked for everyone.
