That isn't proof. We need screenshots of you with the spawner in the mob arena. We also need either a screenshot of the receipt of the order number. The recent donor board isn't enough.
readingisbad Was this resolved? If not, you will need to provide evidence of the purchase, meaning your receipt or the transaction id. If you have screenshots of reviving the spawner in ma j, these would make a refund more likely.
