i donated $5 to the skywars server (because of the merge) and the rank doesn't show. It showed up for one session (about 40 minutes) then I logged off, come to find out that the rank is gone. I'm not very happy, as I have donated to the server to further benefit it, but in return, get an unsatisfied customer.

In addition, I never received the $50 promised when I bought the rank.

I did, but they couldn't do anything about it. Cyp won't respond and noob DEFINITELY won't.

The Link Above will show a template for reporting shop issues. Make sure to post the report in the Donor Help area of the help section. When you click the help section the third section on the top says Donor Help or something similar, you may post it under that.
