I believe I contacted a few people about this already, but I just wanted to put this here before anyone forgot.

Yesterday, I used my voter code from January to purchase a d50 upgrade. I was initially unable to add the item "upgrade to D50" to my cart. Lycel said she thought this was because although my d25 rank had carried over to the new server, buycraft only recognized me as d25 on the classic server.

I was advised by fungamer333 to make the purchase on the classic server instead, and that it would carry over to the new server.

I received the upgrade on the classic server, but I did not receive the rank on the new server. Most worrying to me is the fact that I did not receive a confirmation email, and my name was not on the list of recent donors on the buycraft store.

Anyone have any ideas?

Yes, I'm aware of that. As I mentioned above, this is just a placeholder so the issue doesn't get buried under the mountains of work I'm sure he's crunching on right now. No rush!
