Donated January 11. Nothing received still.

    went through proper route for donation problems. Sent CypriotMerks private message Sunday January 19th with PayPal receipt. And NoobCrew a message too. No reply from any request. Made donation January 11, 2014. Still have not received rank. Wondering if/when I can have my rank please? thanks

    I am the MOM of gammer543 . My son purchased Premium rank on Skyblock islands on Jan 11, 2014 through my PayPal account. We have requested, numerous times, that this be corrected.

    I only have 24 hours left to file a report with PayPal to let them know you haven't delivered something I have paid for. Therefore, I am sorry to say, in 23hours I will have no choice to file a complaint, against you, with PayPal to have my money returned to me . otherwise I will lose my money.
    Sorry, but I have simply run out of time. And I feel that we have been more than patient waiting the full 45 days for you to correct this, when your site says it will deliver within 5 minutes of payment.
    I would prefer that you correct this. I would rather not report to PayPal. My son plays with many friends on Minecraft, and they purchase from you. And we would like to continue and purchase from you in the future also.

    I am just going to point this out. You are actually wrong in this case. You donated to the server, not purchase ranks. In the terms and conditions it states:
    No one has purchased any ranks ever really. They donated to the server and just received perks as a thank you essentially.

    We clicked on [RANK], picked a package, then clicked [BUY] . It doesn't say maybe you will get [certain perks] The more you donate, the more it lists that you will get.
    I also stated above that I do not wish to report to PayPal. I do wish for my son to get his promised 'perks' for his $20 donation. I have never said, or suggested, that I intend to legally challenge any server staff. I only spoke to a Paypal representative. They suggested I open a dispute if I don't receive it by the end of Monday Feb. 24th, 2014 (to make sure I do it within 45 days). I guess if they receive enough complaints about any one PayPal account, they would then consider closing a payees account. Especially if they feel there is deception toward people in regards to how 'donation' is promoted as to alter its perception.

    Instead of spending more of your time replying to this thread, if you're a staff member, then maybe you could just fix this for all of us? Sincerely, that would be nice.
