does dropping items out of chests create logs?

    Maybe he/she took it out. You might want to ask your coop :p

    If you mean clicking in a chest and making the items drop on the floor, that does indeed leave logs of someone taking out the items.

    If you break a chest and the items fall out, it leaves logs. All chest transactions leave logs. If something disappeared it may have fell on the floor and clear lag got it. Otherwise ask around.

    Do you mean clicking the item and exiting from the chest? Yes it does leave logs.
