At my school there is this weeaboo kid I won't name (Isaiah) but anyway he is so obsessed with Naruto and other animes that it makes me gag. I never had an opinion about anime until I met this Isaiah. Now that he is obsessed with it it bothers me because over the summer he sent some in-appropriate pictures of female anime breasts and I wanted to vomit. I do not like to see in-appropriate pictures, especially of animated Japanese females that are 10% dressed. Anyway, I have been seeing anime related posts on social media, and so to make sure I wasn't judging a book by its cover, I watched a few minutes of a couple different anime shows. I then realized that it wasn't all that bad, its the weeaboos that ruin it, but I would still rather not watch it. So, do you like anime? Are you against it? What are your thoughts on it? Oh and don't get me wrong PokeManz is pretty lit too.
Anime is a type of animation. Just because some things out there are inappropriate and wrong doesn't mean they're all bad. It's like going into an apple orchard and finding bad apples on the first tree you go up to. There's a lot of anime, a lot of anime with over sexual characters, but there's a lot of tasty apples out there. I'm going to go grab an apple, I made myself hungry. (EDIT) It's also like saying all animation is bad because some animated movies and television are cash grabs. It just doesn't work that way.
Indeed, but 'tis annoying to see people hate on an entire genre because of one thing that they think is the poster-child for that genre.
honestly it's pretty good? depends on what you watch, I mean Tokyo Ghoul's a pretty ok one for starters.
