It's is a hard task to find a link to the discord here on the forums. So my suggestion is to add a discord tab under the 3 line button, that takes you to a page with the discord link and information.
Going to bump this suggestion as I believe it is very helpful if you do not have discord downloaded, unaware of the link, or a new player would see that there is a Discord for the server after joining on forums. Support!
