Disable Access to Temp'd Accounts

    When you go to a player's profile, you can access them if they're tempbanned but not perm'd. I propose that regular players shouldn't be able to access temp'd forum accounts to prevent rude comments and such.

    Support. I also think that permed accounts should be allowed to edit their personal details and log out.

    Eh, I support being able to. Would actually like to see permanently banned people as well, but that's not going to happen ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I like being able to explore what they likely did to deserve it/see if they are naturally the type of person (based on their content) to get ripped like that.
    As for rude comments? Well if they are indeed rude (not just something about them being banned -- that doesn't automatically equate to being rude) it should just be handled like any active account; being temp banned doesn't make it any different.

    No support. If players are going to get themselves tempbanned they can deal with profile comments. Mods can easily get rid of nasty comments so I see no reason to disable access to them.
