Economy difficulty scale for new players with new crop hopper system

    in the past profit shops were definitely broken to make 100-150k per hour the second you joined the server defeated any challenge, this point is important for my suggestion

    my suggestion is to have a crop hopper level 0 this would be 1 crop every 3-5 seconds (t1 rn is 1 crop per sec) but the reason for that is it would output crops to a chest, this way new players can utilize crop hoppers at a very nerfed rate and also are able to utilize /warp shop

    with this having an island limit of only 1 of them per is aswell so people dont try to make profit shops at snail speed mainly this is just so new players can generate slightly more income then they are rn and at 3-5 sec max speed you cant make a big farm with this

    Support this for obvious reasons; new players often quit bc its hard to start off

    Should be a little bit easier now with less taxes, but the elimation of profit shops and using your crop hooper to sell at warp shop is a big hit to new player. That's way we gotta help the noobs out.

    yea this suggestion is to have like 1 layer max of a farm that produces the crop seeds specifically if possible or just the crops so new players dont have to manually farm the seeds needed to improve their main farm, i think something like this could really benefit new players with getting started cuz the climb to get any way setup in the server has been increased alot, the new change to crop hoppers def helps reduce costs but even then i think this could be even more beneficial ontop of that

    i just keep seeing new people join and not return after a week of playing i know its only been a week since the update but the start has been made way more challenging, if we wiped then it wouldnt be an issue cuz everyone would have to deal with it but thats also not the case.

    Yes profit shops made it too easy for new players and by doing so, the game was a bit boring. Essentially it became a ‘creative’ server with the need to grind profit shops for balance.
    So I welcome the move away from this.

    It’s a bit early to consider a change like this. I’m sure there are other better ways to make a profit. There are a lot of changes happening daily and things need to settle a bit.

    Once quests are available it will add a more enjoyable way to make balance.
