As far as I can tell there are at least 3 different types of pig spawners and I would like to know if anyone knows what the difference between them is.

I believe this one (italics &d Pig Spawner) is the current spawner you receive when digging any placed spawner with silk touch.


I believe this one (non-italics &d Pig Spawner) is the pre 1.19 update spawner that you could receive when digging any placed spawner with silk touch.


However I am still unsure of what this is (2 line italics &d Pig Spawner &5 Pig Spawner) it may be the pig spawners from the store but I am unsure as I got them in trades.


Can anyone confirm what the difference between these spawners is? All of these spawners seem to have approximately same value around 30-35g so it doesn't seem very clear. If I got something wrong please let me know.

 

There is a Pig Spawner (Pink name) which is the normal Crate Spawner atm and the one you get if you mine any spawner.

Than there is the Spawner (white name) which is the pre 1.19 Spawner that you got if you mined any spawner.

There is a pig Spawner with a small p which is the pre 1.19 kit/crate Spawner.

Then there is the Monster Spawner which you can get from buying a rank and from kits.

There are all kind of Mob Spawners like Pigman Spawner, Zombie Spawner, Slime Spawners etc which you could obtain by mining placed spawners back during 1.12. Those are very rare and valueable since they are unobtainable nowadays.

The problem is that the lores of Spawners look different for players, for myself the spawners on the pictures do not all look pink and have more text in the lore like 'Interact with Spawn Egg: Sets Mob Type'. I think it depends on the version you play on but I'm not sure.
