About ten minutes ago I purchased the upgrade from 25 to 50$, if you go on the shop website you will see Thinkerz listed under recent purchases. After purchasing I went onto the server and waited the five minutes, but I never got the enchantment table, and none of the Donor50 commands work.
It can take up to a day to redeem. In 24hrs try /fly and if it doesn't work you can post proof that you purchased it (receipt) and you'll get it redeemed.
Okay thanks. Where can I access the receipt? Upon purchasing I only received a message saying Payment Completed, but no receipt
Assuming you used PayPal, if you log into the PayPal website you can see your recent purchases. If you click on them it gives you a receipt.
If you used a credit/debit card either the email you recieved would contain the reciept or the cards website (depending on the card) or you might even have to ask your bank if your card doesn't have a website or a way to view recent transactions. I would highly recommend using PayPal next time.
