Well he said that he wanted to be nice do he tried numerous times and he said that the purchase was denied by bank but just recently, he bought it and it said purchase complete

By looking at this, it looks like Skygod has not actually been purchased. If you cannot track down the proof, nothing can be done and it may be likely your rank was not bought. I hope you get your rank back soon.
