I completed all my /challenges in /skyblock. At that time, my inventory was full, so I didn't receive my head. But when I cleared my inventory, I couldn't find an option to receive my head. Is it possible to get my head or is it not possible anymore? Please help .

 

Have u done the basic challanges as well? You need to complete them as well to get the head so u might still be able to get it. Also be sure you've collected every chall reward if u had ur inv full, it might help somehow

that doesnt work for cases like these only if u die with grass/dirt in ur inv
