Why did u get banned: I don't know the last time i was on the server was September, 16th 2012 and then came in the server but then I were banned... I really did nothing...
Why you think you should get unbanned: Because I didn't anything to the server I really love that Server. However... My Sister played on the server when i wasn't on it... So I asked her if she did that she said "Yes!" Please Unban me!! I really did nothing.......

While it is doubltless true that a friend or relative might use your personal account, your statement is not true. Throwing your own sister under the bus, so you can play a mere game, is something you should not do ever, even in real life.
The sole fault was with you, for failing to secure your machine, and/or your minecraft account.
You set the example for her, stand up, take responsibility, accept whatever punishment.
Its your fault, not hers.

 

I didn't give she my password... She hacked me -.- So it's not my fault....... She doesn't live near me.

 

Regardless of that fact, the things that happen while in your account are your responsibility. These things are priority and truthful. We don't have the ability to verify a login in correct, that job belongs to Mojang. All we can do is track which users, based upon their login IDs, break our rules and take the punishments. That said we can't prove if it was you or your sister online, only that your username was involved.

 

You will not be unbanned by blaming another.
To have any further consideration even as a possibility, it is your job, not ours, to figure out how to present a case where you might be granted an exception.
Think about it.
