A little about me:
I currently live in London, I am 13 years old, am in year 9 in school and have just began he run up/course work to my GCSE's (hence why I have been slightly less active than a few months ago), I love music, am a keen artist, I have been doing taekwondo for 7 (and a bit) years, I have been playing on the server for a little under a year and am determined to try my best to make it a better place.

My IGN is Slifkin although I am more commonly known as Deku, which I have been /nicked as as for quite some time now. (Also sometimes called "Sliffy" by a select few people [literally just Akrill])

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?):
Unfortunately I have been banned twice for moronic mistakes back when I was less knowledgable of the server rules. Although I don't deny my actions I show full remorse for them. Both times were for griefing, once because of pointless rage that I regret more and more every day, the other for attending some sort of 'griefing party' a while back, which, although I do not deny, I deeply regret, and I have been "clean" for a number of months.

Why do you think you should be a mod?
I believe I should be a moderator as I would like to be able to make as much change for the good to the community as I can. I also possess a lot of good qualities that I believe would make a good mod. In detail these are:

Patient:
I believe that it is important to be able to keep calm in all situations as a moderator, and having spent my entire life dealing with hate from people I have grown a high tolerance to most things, meaning I can deal with anyone from the linguistically challenged to the plain rude.

Logical:
I am a very logical person meaning that I can easily make judgement and deductions on events, this is a good skill to possess as a moderator as you need to be able to make quick decisions, but more importantly, make them correctly.

Open to criticism:
Of course I'm not perfect, no-one is truly perfect, but I thoroughly enjoy being given feedback and always do my best to act on said feedback and do my best to become a better person because of it. Also, I believe it is worth mentioning that in a community where everyone can make contributions to how the moderators run the place, more people will pay attention to, and respect the people in charge, than in a community where this is not the case.

Friendly (when appropriate):
I am a reasonably friendly person to most, if not all people. The reason I see this as a good quality for a moderator is that when you're friendly to a person you're more likely to provoke a positive response from people than if not, and that's where the "when appropriate" comes in, as I am not afraid to be stern or insistent if someone fails to obey the rules.

Helpful:
Fairly obvious why this would be a good quality to have as a moderator, anyway, I constantly try my best to be as helpful as I can and can almost always be counted on to respond to any of the questions directed at me by the community.

Active:
Of course I understand that there is a question devoted entirely to server activity, but I would like to touch on the fact not that I am more active than everyone else, because I'm not, I would like to point out that there seems to be a gap in server moderation, albeit a time when there are few people online, it is a time where no one is there to moderate, and it infuriates me having to be there with no one online with any real authority. In addition to this, I am positively active, meaning that whenever I'm online I'm usually not messing around (note: "usually"), I'll be helping, and even when I do mess around I'll always do my best to monitor the chat.

Committed/hard-working:
I am the sort of person that when given a job tries to compete it to the best of their abilities.

Mature:
I would say that I am fairly mature for my age and even though I joke around sometimes, have the ability to be completely serious, meaning that I am responsible and make eligible educated decisions.

Fair/sensible:
I am a very fair person and always make judgement on people from a non-bias perspective.

Good hearted:
I almost never hold grudges, and are almost never angry at people for over 3 days. Meaning that I can always judge people on their actions, and not some petty hatred for the player.

Intelligent:
I am most fairly intelligent meaning that I can, like mentioned earlier, make valid judgement on things. Also, I have a good knowledge of the server rules meaning at I am in a good position to enforce them.

Kind:
Vaguely similar to kind hearted-ness yet I believed that this needed it's own subsection, I am a very kind person and try my best to be nice to every member of the community (excluding rule-breakers).

Creative:
Although this is not directly linked to moderation I would like to draw attention to it as I may be able to bring a unique touch to the server and the way that it works.

Grammatically correct:
Fairly self-explanatory, I believe that as someone with impeccable grammar I am much easier to understand than someone without this qualification.

Trustworthy:
As someone who has had a lot of experience with lies in my life, I know what it can feel like to be mistrusted by someone, I am a very trustworthy person, meaning that, not only can people rely on my to keep any information they may not want disclosed secret (which is a given) but people can generally trust me in general meaning that they can relate to me more, which would make them pay more attention to me, which is very important in the job of moderation.

How long can you be on the server every day?
Monday: 1-3 hours in game.
Tuesday:1-3 hours in game.
Wednesday:1-3 hours in game.
Thursday:2-4 hours in game.
Friday:2-4 hours in game (2 hours minechat).
Saturday:3-4 hours in game (1 hour minechat).
Sunday:3-4 hours in game (1 hour minechat).

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I'm afraid I do not have any direct experience as a moderator, but, like everyone, I must start somewhere. However I have experienced many situations where I have to take charge of a group of individuals. Also, I have a good knowledge of the commands/plugins involved on the server, along with many other customs. And finally; as mentioned before I deal with pressure rather well.

Your really active on the server, your online most of the time when I'm online (and I'm online a lot). You help people out in chat a lot, I never see you ignore a person or question, and you are really friendly which is a good thing for a Mod to be. You have practically perfect grammar, so your messages are easy to understand, and you type fast so you can respond to questions faster.

As this is one of the more detailed analysis I'd like to respond properly, instead of just slowly phasing in things which I seem fit and have been commented upon. I'll try and become a little more forums active, at the moment I've had my priorities mainly in-game as it is the best place to help people. I do realise that the forums are very important and will of course try and help as much as I do in-game here, and I'll try to add a little more of an explanation over time but I'd rather not change too much too soon as it's just been posted and I'd like to see how major the lack of a full explanation is.
