I asked the guy if he wanted money on his credit card because I found this site that adds money to credit cards. Then he said he was ready and banned.

 

I would like to ask you why you thought something would be free, especially on a credit card. Nothing is ever free in this world.

Anyway, I'm going to treat this appeal as if you did it. If it was your account, it was your responsibility.
Asking for credit card numbers is no joke. If someone would have actually done that with a real number, they would have a lot of issues with getting by in life. If your brother really did it, why did you allow him access to the account?
