We must take responsibility for our actions. I know people deserve what they have earned for themselves. However, in my friendship with Dylan, I would like to point more in depth on the situation. Dylan in defense of himself asked the Mod Luke to mine the spawner that he accidentally placed in the process of landscaping his island. I propose for the defense of Dylan, that it was wrong to continue with the trading of one spawner for an outstanding hard earned fifty grass blocks. I want to make this appeal as non-bias as possible. My friend and defendant Dylan is rather more illiterate on his appeal, so I am taking responsibility by giving him a more fair trial. The Mod Luke was away from his keyboard to help Dylan with his unfortunate dilemma, so shouldn't Dylan have the right to give the spawner to the trader of the agreement? Fairly, shouldn't he in fact in acknowledgment to his misdeed give the trader the spawner for free? In the terms that if he even attempts to commit any crime on the renown Skyblock.net server he will be punished for an automatic permanent ban no appeal. I certainly believe in second chances especially in a G-rated environment. Dylan has acknowledged that he must not take advantage of such an environment. I plead for your just approval. Darth needs to write his own appeal and be responsible for his own actions. I appreciate your kindness in helping him but he is not going to learn from his mistakes if he doesn't face me himself.
When you go to do a trade, you go with your payment in hand and you give them the payment when you take the item that you purchased. If you didn't give your half, why should the seller give her half? The mod luke logged off an hour before this all happened. You had plenty of time to ask any other mod to pick up the spawner. Instead, you promised bubbles a spawner, showed up with nothing, took her 50 grass, and left without any explanation. If you were planning to give it to her afterwards, why didn't you tell her first? Why didn't you explain to her your plan before you took her grass? By common sense you'd expect that if you wanted someone to do you a favor such as give your their side of the trade without payment first, you would have the respect to ask them if it was okay beforehand.

Kerahna, he did write an appeal, but I as a person was not satisfied, so I put some of my effort to make an appeal for him included to what he has already provided. I did it for a more detailed appeal besides the recommended format. He stated the appropriate format in the reply to this appeal on this thread. He also made his own thread. This is not about the spawner or the grass anymore. This appeal is meant to convince me why you deserve to come back to the server, and why I should believe that this won't happen again. First of all, you still haven't explained why you would take her grass without explaining to her first that you wanted to pay later.
i dotn know why i did that i really thought that luke would be have been able to help me right then and i would have avoided all this but by the time he didnt reply i went to messge bubbles and she had gone offline
That is a convincing argument Kerahna. Dylan you must state the truth and nothing, but the truth to have any possibility coming back to the server.
You will make sure this never happens again. I'm going to leave this as a 24 hour tempban and have already refunded the player the 50 grass from your chest.
