• Why do YOU think you were banned? I got banned recently for 4 warnings which i completely accept. I unfortunatley got one today. I thought that nick "abuse" was allowed (I saw peoples motto/thingy below their text on forums) so I did it. Fran said "dont nick abuse me please" and I went on to make my nick Fxxrn. I do accept that was a mistake and I should NOT have dont it at all. I got my second warning since Devan divorced me, and I put NO in chat 3 times in a row. I completely accept this was the wrong thing to do; i thought i was having a bit of fun but I accept it wasn't 1 ad per page.

• Was this an incorrect ban? Not really, I got banned twice for 4 warnings; 2 of them warnings were the same for both (if that makes sense)

• Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? I was banned 3 days ago for reaching 4 warnings.

• Why do you think you should be unbanned? I geuninley on both occasions didn't think what I was doing was against the rules, that is the complete and honest truth

It was actually Bert that banned you, Devan and I were only involved since 2 of those warnings were given by us.

You were warned twice, on very different occasions for spamming, once for being inappropriate in public chat and once by me for nick abusing me.

You nicked yourself Frxxn, and I verbally warned you not to, saying it was nick abuse. However, you quickly changed your nick to "Fxxrn", showing that you indeed understood it was against the rules but decided to ignore it and nick abuse anyway.

 

Yeah, thats fair enough. I was only messing around and I didn't actually realize it was a bannable offence. The public chat was complete accident, I said NO 3 times in a row.

Devan, I completely understand you're frustration with how I promised last time I said I will never do this again. In terms of the nick abuse, I read the rules as to saying with the nick abuse, it is to "use at you're own purpose". I thought this referred to as saying something like [Skytitan] Frxxn: Aw darn! Crew removed my helper rank! or something along those lines. The former warning, was for spamming. While this was spamming, I didn't try to spam, I was trying to have a laugh when you divorced me. This time is different because now I have no questions at all regarding rules, and I fully understand them. Sorry that was a very hard to read paragraph, I answered the questions but its very scattered out, apologies.

Just to clarify, nick abusing is taking somebody else's nick without their permission. It doesn't matter what you say while having their nick, but as long as you're nicked as them without permission, it is against the rules, especially if it is a staff member and you were asked to remove it.

We're glad you now have a clear understanding of the rules. Could you go over the server rules stated here and re estate each of them in your own words?

Player Disrespect.
All players are worth as much as the other. Do not be rude to other players, and treat them how you want and expect others to treat you. Bottom line is, everyone should be respected by you. You don’t have to be friends eith everyone, but you do have to respect everyone

Fly Hacking.
Do not use hacks relating to flying on Skyblock. Fly can be bought from the store at /buy.

Chat related offences
Swearing, disrespecting, spamming etc. Things that disrupt/are inappropriate in chat.

Nick Abuse
Changing nickname to that of or to mimic another player without permission.

Extreme Chat Related Offences
Same as earlier, but more serious, eg death threats and homophobia.

Advertising: IP: When you advertise the IP address of other servers. Name:advertising the name of other servers. Crews other servers are exceptions.

Posting Malicious Links
Posting links infected with malware, or even inappropriate links. Including but not limited to porn, malware etc,

DDoS or Account Hacking Threats: To threaten to DDoS/hack accounts.

Releasing Private Information and Doxing: I was a victim of this once it’s very frightening. When someone attacks your internet, of when you’re personal information is shared to other people.

Ban/Mute Evading: When other accounts are used to avoid punishments.

Scamming: When players are conned out of items/when they are stolen of items through trading.

Griefing: When players structures are ruined/destroyed by other players.

Island Farming: When islands are made to repeatedly get the materials from them to use.

Inappropriate Names/skin. When names/skins are inappropriate and cause offence/harm to other players.

Illegal Trading: When items that are illegal to trade are traded.

Player Killing: When players are killed by others by a variety of ways.
