Support. This is basically similar to Plot chat but only chatting to coop members would be good. If the staff want to moderate one more chat, then this suggestion should be implemented.
Support maybe it will prevent some spam and cursing? Well they can curse/spam in the coop chat unless theres some settings added to prevent or allow swearing and spamming by the coop leader?
Support. Coop's would be fine, as long as it was unmoderated I don't see an issue. As Bert said, it may even prevent spam and cursing in the general server chat. As I've said before for previous suggestions like these, an announcement would have to be added to tell people how to exit this chat mode, as people could get stuck.
I like the idea, but how would we access the different chats? Would it be like Hypickle's "/chat (chat type)" or would it be different and way more complicated? Otherwise, yes, full support - WaterPlaysMC Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
Hmm, that seems simple, but would there be some kind of lock or some setting you could do on local chat to make it you have to invite any players within 100 blocks or they auto join? I dont wanna be talking and someone spying in on us.....
Support. I think that this would be very useful in coops of more than 2 people. If the coop chat were unmoderated though, I think that moderators should still at least be able to see the chat in /socialspy because players could easily use it to do things such as illegal trades.
Not sure if this is along the lines of what you had in mind, but have you tried out the /chat command on the new server? It toggles between global and local chat mode. In local chat mode only players near you can see your chat messages. It comes in handy when coop members are collaborating on a build together.
This is pretty similar to Laini's suggestion here: Plot / Local chat | Page 2 | Skyblock Forums If you have something more to add to a suggestion, please post in the pre-existing thread rather than making a new one. I'll archive this for now, but let me know with your reasoning if you want it back.
