Due to recent events while playing on skyblock.net, I am writing that a complaints page needs to be added. I fell in lava with all my hearts and had all God Diamond Armor on within 30 seconds I was dead. I don't understand how that is even possible. I believe this is a glitch and that it has to do with lag that I have been witnessing. All I'm asking for is a refund. I was frozen when this happened and when it unfroze I was dead. THE LAG IS CASUNING TO MANY PROBLEMS! I had with me a chiseled quartz block, God diamond boots, God diamond leggings, God diamond chestplate, 2 diamond picks, 1 God fishing pole, 1 trip wire hook, 1 God diamond pick axe, 1 God diamond axe. I would like all these items back please and thank you. I am sorry but until this is fixed I refuse to co-operate with anyone that thinks this is not possible. This happened at 5:30pm EST time, Thursday May 22nd. I have one witness, ConnorPMC.
I'm tired of people complaining about lag! Lag at it's simplest form is usually fps lag which has nothing to do with the server and is either your PC or your internet. Server lag however is almost never existent. I'm from Australia and my internet is terrible and I get no lag what so ever so to me this sounds like an exuse to get your items back :/

This exactly. "Refusing to co-operate" with anyone who disagrees isn't exactly going to win you many friends, and lag can't be helped.
These servers aren't your typical server. They are some of the best servers out there. Net is ranked in the top 5 servers on minecraftservers.org. If you think this is lag, you're crazy. If you don't want to lose your armor, turn down your FPS or buy a new and better computer. However, there is no need for a complaint section as it may spark fights. Any "complaints" should go in the help sections, or alternatively, make a report. People make complaints in off topic, in discussion, in most places. Keep this about the suggestion rather than the problem. So no support
The server has no lag, it must be client side, whixh means you will have to find someway of reducing lag. Try lowering your settings (Tiny render distance, minimal particles, etc.), if you have mods that could also be causing the lag. I suggest, if you don't already have it, getting optifine and using it on the lowest settings. Also, not sure if this is just me, but sometimes 1.7.9 lags, so try using a lower version.
