Well, I was thinking if a command for players could be added that could get the attention of Mods for help.

For example:

(Lets use the command /helpop)

maisaaa: /helpop My animals are getting killed.

(In the Mod's perspective)

Helpop maisaaa: My animals are getting killed.

Then afterwards the Mod messages the player, or teleports to them to see what's going on.

I think it would be spammed x'D
BUT over all it's a good idea. (x

 

If you meant one player spamming the same help message, maybe, a player can do the command once every 5-10 minutes to not cause spam.

 

I believe messaging a moderator would be enough, yes a lot of them are busy with moderating the chat, but if you send us a PM I am sure most of us are sure to reply. If it's just a silly task such as "please god my items" some of us might not answer. If it's something important such as "help someone scammed me" or "I need help, someone is greifing me" then we are sure to reply.
That being said I will have to say no support.

 

/msg is enough, but I think /realname should be implemented for non-donors because they might now know how to message a mod otherwise. If /realname remains unavailable for greenies however than this is a good idea.

 

Either way, mods can tell to silly tasks "ask someone else" and if they get spammed a short tempban. So this would be helpful. Support

 

Give greenbeans /realname. They can't really see mod's real in-game names and they sometimes have to end up asking in public chat, but with the amount of other greenbean's spamming, sometimes people don't see the message. After that, they can message mods. I honestly think all mods getting this "message" could be confusing if no one really "claims" who's going to handle it. ;p
