4. Did you read the rules ? It was my first time on the server, had loads of fun but I did not read rules because I could not find any links to server rules and did not see any anywhere
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I can see why I was banned, But I didn't know you weren't allowed to scam. I told a guy I would sell him some cobble, or something I cant remember, then I took his grass and didn't give him the whatever I was giving him.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? No, it was just my stupidity to not read the rules before playing :/
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? No, it was my first time on, just playing with my friend.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I feel I should be unbanned because although I did not read the rules, I didn't know scamming was not allowed, and that resulted in me doing what I did. It was also my first time on the server and my first ban, so if you could unban me I can assure you it wont happen ever again. I have now read the rules and I confess that what I did was wrong. I'm sorry.

Okay, to make sure you understand all of the rules, I would like you read all of the server rules and explain what each one means to you in you own words. Please list all 15 in your reply and explain them in it.

Rule #1: No Griefing

Island protection was recently installed, so only you and your coop partners can place, break and use blocks on your island. Do not join someones co-op island if you have no intention to cooperate, and only want to destroy stuff, you will get banned.


Rule #2: NO SCAMMING/STEALING:

Scamming is stealing. No one likes being scammed, no matter what item it is. Scamming is doing a trade but not giving the item you offered once you have gotten the item they offered. Scamming can lead to a ban if enough proof is shown.

Rule #3: No Advertising

Advertising other servers or your own is the hardest ban to get passed from. You can only advertise servers owned by NoobCrew. Advertising will get you banned, and its hard to get unbanned.

Rule #4: No Killing Others (In non-pvp zones)

The rule explains itself, don't kill others. A form of killing others is breaking blocks from under them, making them fall into the void, Burning them in lava, Spawning/drawing mobs to them, or fall damage. Killing others is normally done to take others stuff. This one is also pretty hard to get unbanned from.

Killing others is illegal, but people are free to kill themselves.

Rule #5: Show some respect - No swearing.

Very few people tolerate disrespect, so don't do it. People play on this server from ages 5 to 50, young kids shouldn't see this. A number of player have been banned from this.

Rule #6: Do not spam or capslock

Spamming and caps lock is illegal, go somewhere else if you want to do it. Spam stands for Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages. This server has Pwnfilter to stop spamming. Spam or capslock more than once and you will get banned.

Rule #7: Do not island farm.

This rule is rarely broken. Making an island, giving away the items from the chest and dirt, then make another island, and keep doing that over and over again. This is island farming. This is an easy way to get lots of supplies.

Rule #8: Do not trade or give illegal-to-trade items

This server has a lot of illegal to trade items. Its a pretty big list so it can be overwhelming. It is best to ask a mod or donor if the item your trying to trade is illegal. This is the list and why (this is for .net, may be different for other servers)

1. Dirt (Starter item, you can vote for grass blocks (turns to dirt))
2. Sand based items [Sand, Sandstone, Smooth Sandstone, Chiseled Sandstone, Stairs Sandstone, TNT] (Starter item, donate to get a kit to get more on Survival, buy from /warp shop on Economy) [All glass products legal to trade on Survival][Stained Glass, Stained Glass Panes, and Glass Bottles are allowed on Economy]
3. Silverfish Spawn Eggs (Can be used to grief without creating logs) [Survival Only]
4. Steve and Wither Skull Heads (Never released & Withers) [Survival Only]
5. Buckets [All Types] (Starter item, get more by getting iron)
6. Sponge (Creative only) [Survival Only]
7. Bedrock (Creative only) [Survival Only]
8. Podzol (Not sold by traders, on starter islands sometimes due to glitches)

Rule #9: Do not own illegal-to-own it

The server has a lot of items you cant trade, and theres a lot you cant own. This is the list.

1. Ores [Coal ore, Iron ore, Gold ore, Emerald ore, Diamond ore, Redstone ore, Lapis Lazuli ore, Nether Quartz ore] (No way to obtain them)
2. Overmax Enchant Items [Any enchant over the maximum vanilla enchant is an illegal item, example, GoD books, a bow with Punch over 2, a sword with Looting over 3)
3. Duped/Glitch Items [Any items from a duplication method/glitch in a plugin (echo pets) are illegal and will be confiscated]
4. Staff Heads [Excluding Cyp, Crew and, JeffCiv][Survival Only]

Rule #10 Do not /nick abuse

This is a commonly broken rule. You cant misuse /nick. Abusing /nick is making a nickname that is something totally different to your name. For example, someone named CheekiBreeki123 did /nick skydoesminecraft. SDMC is a famous youtuber, and CheekiBreeki123 would get banned. Some mods allow some, but others don't.

This only results in a temporary ban unless you do /nick abuse on a moderator.

Rule #11 Hacked Clients are Allowed

Some hacked clients are allowed. List is here:

It is hard as hell to get unbanned for an illegal client.

Rule #12 Mods are Allowed

Most servers don't say illegal or legal. Mostly all servers are legal.
This server only allows cosmetic mods, such as shaders, optifine, etc.

Rule #13 Don't use Inappropriate Skins, Names or Builds

No inappropriate skins, names, or builds. Naked, pornographic or offensive skins, builds, or names are considered inappropriate. THe exceptional skins are the classic noob skins, baby in a diaper or the Notch in a Swim Suit.

Rule #14 The Mods can ONLY Ban with a Reason

Mods can only ban with a specific reason, not because they don't like the person or feel like it. Mods can get demoted if they break this rule. It is rare of them to mess up

Rule #15 Use Common Sense

There are a number of things that fall under this rule. If it's illegal in the real world (country/international laws, breaking Mojang ToS/EULA) then it falls under this rule. If you think that it may be wrong, but it doesn't quite fall under any of the other rules, it may qualify here.
