There should be on all servers, Chat Mods. Where mods only specialize in chat so that they can answer questions, be there for help and be able to see somebodys cry for help. If there is any physical damage problems, the Chat Mod would direct it to an actual Mod. This system is like the police station. You call 911 and a phone operator responds. If the caller needs help. The phone operator reports in the station a serveral policemen will aid the caller. Also i think that Trial mods should be Chat Mods so that they can start off small and work their way up to be an actual mod. I feel like if you become a staff member, it's all or nothing. As in, Mod for the server, chat and forums Trial Mods should not only be chat mods, because that way they won't learn very much. They need to get the hang of it before they become a full mod. Like I said, it's All or Nothing. No Support.
