A filter, Donor-only chat or all chat. As the amount of greenies spamming chat with, '-SELLING- GOD ITEMS 1 FOR 10 GRASS', gets very annoying.
No support. I mean, greenies aren't the only annoying ones. And I feel like it would set up "segregation" of a sort and make donors feel even more privileged than some of them already do. There are some greenies out there that have been playing forever and are great people, and some bratty donors who's parents have enough money that their kids can waste it on Minecraft. You can still use the command /ignore right?
^ Donors are the same as non-donors. We're all humans, just because we spent some money for a rank, doesn't make us better. Plus, not all greenbeans are like that. Trust me, some donors spam too, would you like twice the spam?
But with having a filter like this, would pressure them in buying donor, therefore being better for the community or Noobcrew and Cyp actually, and the /ignore command cant really target all the annoying greenies, you'd be spending hours /ignore'ing people. As said, you can still switch back and forth, this is just really for those that want peace in chat. Also meaning greenies, can use this command, but not be able to talk in the Donor-only, chat.
This would make it complicated for mods to moderate chat of there were two different chats. Also, I know Donors that spam too, and I know non-donors that don't spam. It sometimes seems like non-donors are spamming because there's a lot more of them in chat.
Well, this may not be the best way to fix it, but the spam of chat really does need to be fixed, even being able to make the chat smaller, would make a huge difference (correct me if you can). As the chat takes pretty much half of the screen.
Some people can't read much smaller than what it is. There are ways you can turn chat off in your settings, maybe you should consider that if you find it so annoying?
Basically, no support. The spam of shops is really infuriating however with mob arena coming hopefully the spam dies down a little (except the join /ma j spam - yes i said that wrong, on purpose k ). But imo there needs to be a way for people to turn off global, maybe chat with people around them, much like org had before. At this point I used to say segregation was a bad thing, but its happening now, whether we like it or not, so rather than dwell on that, make the people happy. But in general, no support.
No Support. This would so single out the non-donors (I don't like calling them 'greenbeans'). They would feel so left out
A chat for donors? Like the others say, it would single out the non-donor players. And it would make the chat quite empty, nothing but spam for Non-donors, donors. And the skygods and high class players would have a nice conversation care-free. Finally, most helpers would never use the chat filter for them only. They would constantly monitor the non-donor chat. So, ya.
