Who says the player above didn't get what they paid for? They obviously did and now do not want to play. The terms state that these goods are donations and therefore when you donate you cannot chargeback or face in game punishment or legal ramifications in extreme cases. Since the simple answer is you cannot get your money back I will call this resolved and lock the thread.
