The person in your skyblock that has been in your coop the longest will obtain leadership if you choose to leave the island.

I believe you can kick a person if your the leader of island.

Hope your issue gets solved.

 

Who ever was the oldest coop member, the coop leader will pass down to that person.

The only solution is for you to leave, have the player you want to be the coop leader be a coop leader, and then have the coop leader re-invite you.

 

but there is an always afk coop
she will become leader!

 

There are numerous reports on this, and the Dev is well aware of this issue. Until the /changeleader command is fixed, I'm guessing you have no choice other than to leave the coop and have the new island leader invite you back (if she is active).
