cant upgrade :(

    hi everyone, i am currently a skylord and when i try to upgrade to skygod it gives me a message saying, "You're not allowed to purchase this item." any help would be greatly appreciated!

    The store has blocked your account from making any purchases due to a high chargeback rate on buycraft (the chargebacks were on other servers). Can you explain this?

    Then why does it say you have a 40% chargeback rate?

    I don't know what you paid with, that is your responsibility.
    If your paypal has been hacked then you are at risk of opening further chargebacks, so we cannot whitelist you until that problem is solved.

    You may have to adjust the dates to show older purchases, if it's only showing the one thing

    i looked under "all purchases" and it only shows my microsoft and thats it. i dont really need to upgrade anyways. you can lock this.
