My friend and I joined the server yesterday, and made an island. He did /trust to me so I could edit on his island, but we still had our own separate ones so I used mine as a mule. He told me to do /coop join after a while since the only way I could get onto his island was to do /visit, and sometimes random people would enter, so he wanted to lock it. However, when I did /coop join, my own island that I used as a little storage and my inventory was wiped. I didn't have that much on my island, just the starter items and a birch sapling I had just traded some grass blocks for, but in my inventory I lost some items :/ My friend then tried to see if he could reclaim the items, so he did /coop leave and left his island ( which I am now a member of ) and made a new one to see what would happen. The leadership didn't transfer over to me, the only other member of the island, and now I can't invite him back onto the island since I'm just a normal member. I tried to ask some moderators for help, but they said that it should have automatically transferred to someone else. My friend didn't /trust anyone else, and it was just us two playing on that skyblock island. If an admin, or anyone could help, could you please help me invite my friend to the island? Problem: -I can't invite my friend because I am not the leader of the island -My friend, the former leader left the island -The leadership was not transferred, and there were only 2 people on the island; my friend and myself -It says I am not the leader of the island, and cannot invite or /trust my friend back onto the island Request: - To invite my friend back onto the island, and make him the leader of it once again because the permissions didn't transfer over to me, the only other member of the island. *My friend's ign is " evilsk8er " and my ign is " sicmallzl " * Thank you.
Accepting a coop invite will cause you to lose your island and items. So did your friend have anyone else excluding you in his coop before he leave his island?
When I type /coop it says " An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command " in red text When I type /trust evilsk8er it says " Only the skyblock leader can trust players! " in red text When I type /trust list it says " You don't have a skyblock! " also in red text
No, we were the only two people. There is only me on the island now, and it says I am a member. No one else could have taken over the leadership position, yet it didn't transfer.
The only valuable thing I really had on me was probably my birch sapling. I'm not so worried about the items, I just want to be able to play with my friend again.
I could give you some birch saplings if you need it, and help you rebuild if you want, but there isn't really any other way you can get your island back, unless they somehow fix the bug. Good Luck c:
A birch sapling can be easily replaced, but as for your island problem, the only thing you can do is join his island or make your own. Seeing as you want to share an island with your friend, then the best thing to do is to just join his island.
As many people have said it is best to start again. You can easily tear down any thing from the old island and transfer it to a friend. If you want to attempt to have leadership given to you, send a private message to Cypriotmerks on these forums. It will probably be quicker to join your friends island.
This is an imminent issue, but we need to verify if there was anyone in the coop in the first place other than you.
